Damn, surprised Hotline Miami made that little. It feels like it’s still a fairly well known indie title. Not Stardew Valley big, but large enough that people still refer to it occasionally.
Sadly, legacy doesn’t always mean profit. It made enough of a splash with it’s style to get into the zeitgeist but not people’s wallets.
Okay, for a VR indie title? Gorn did incredible.

As much as I like it, a lot of the other games mentioned are way better.
Marketing voodoo, I suppose.
They do be marketing it more than the others, at least as far as I’ve seen. Though that could just be the algorithm knowing I am a furry. 🤷🏻♂️
