They aren’t complaining about it, at least publicly. But some would like a heads-up on office closures, staffing cuts and other changes that affect their constituents.

    Believe me, we are aware of all sorts of things about this “Signal,” the best people tell me, really smart people, they’re talking. I don’t know it, never met it, but I hear it’s out there, maybe doing things, maybe not. But let me tell you, we have the best encryption, the greatest, nobody does encryption like we do, and that’s what’s important…
