Donald Trump has made a bizarre confession about his own health at an event at the White House.

The US president was addressing a group of firefighters when he went on a tangent about personal vices.

“If you don’t drink or you don’t take drugs or if you don’t smoke, there’s no problem,” Trump said.

“I have other problems, I have some very severe problems. But those are not one of them.”

“I don’t want to add them to the list, 'cos if I did I guarantee I wouldn’t be here right now.”

Trump is a narcissist to the core. Start from that point. The only things that are likely to be problems to him are his own personal health and anything that threatens his status. That could be anything from him knowing he’s getting dementia to “If the dems win a majority in the midterms they could make life hard for me.”

The internal struggle between wanting to use his illnesses for attention and wanting to appear “strong” must be epic.

IMO he’s so deeply narcissist he’s going to be the angry old demetia patient lashing out at everyone for his problems, real or imagined. Maybe a few passing spasms of self awareness, but then right back to anger and blame.
