You also end up with a lot of buttermilk which I hate buying because I never use it all. DIY Butter doesn’t spoil any faster and can be frozen. It also just tastes a lot better.

$6 of heavy whipping cream makes about $8-$12 of butter depending on if you’re buying cheap butter or expensive butter.
You also end up with a lot of buttermilk which I hate buying because I never use it all.
DIY Butter doesn’t spoil any faster and can be frozen.
