Russia is having problems supplying itself with diesel due to how many of their refining capacity has been damaged by Ukraine.
The only effect of this will be an attempt to shift blame from Trump for the shortages and high costs of energy onto Ukraine for daring to defend themselves.
So we’re at the point where Trump is openly and actively undermining US policy again in exchange for Russia to swing the election in his favor. Got it.
