    It should not be up to a platform what users can install or not, because that’s what Microsoft, Apple, Google and Facebook are doing. Even if it’s vibe coded. IMHO.

    I think it’s a reasonable policy. Let people make informed decisions on what they want to install.

      Yeah. As long as you’re forced to disclose everyone wins really.

      It also benefits devs who don’t use it

        For the latter statement, that’s only true if there’s a user-side filter option. Otherwise they’ll get buried amid all the vibe coding.

          Yeah. Imho, they’d be no point of adding it if there wasn’t. should also describe the extent too, like whether its code, music only, video’s, or other assets. etc… Or just that its used for patches
