A Gigabyte RTX 5090 user modified the case around the 16-pin cable and still experienced connector damage. Repairing the GPU-side header cost around $90.

It’s hilariously sad how bad the 12vhp standard, the implementation is.

      To be fair, it is both white and a power supply, so they’re kinda stuck with that description lol.

      But I’d have gone with White PSU or white colored, etc. But it’s not for American audiences anyway.

      I don’t understand this comment here. It is in fact a white power supply. What am I missing here? (Probably a joke?) The only part of the name that is concerning to me is “Fire”.

          I don’t get it. Is this a political joke? I mean white power supply is a normal term in computer. It’s not like a new invented name for this. I’m probably this one idiot in the party who does not get the joke and asks around. :D
