We started with selective enforcement. What are steroids used for bodybuilding if not gender affirming care? Hair transplants? Plastic surgery? Those platform dress shoes trump used to wear to look taller?
I doubt many of these were ever provided by Medicare. Plastic surgery in the form of breast reconstruction surgery after a mastectomy from breast cancer might be. That’s probably the best angle to show the double standard here, if trying to change the mind of someone who supports this anti-trans effort.
