A leaked US National Intelligence Council assessment, compiled days before the first strikes, had already concluded that even a large-scale assault was unlikely to dislodge Iran’s military and clerical leadership, and that an opposition takeover was improbable.
This confirms Mossad was unable to do it, doesn’t it. That means the Iranians aren’t as compromised by Mossad as it appeared during the 12-day war. At least not anymore.
