The deal would add the Aveeno, Band-Aid, Benadryl, Benylin, Calpol, Carefree, Clean & Clear, Combantrin, Imodium, Listerine, Motrin, Mylanta, Neutrogena, Nicorette, Johnson’s Baby, Sudafed, Visine, and Zyrtec brands to the company’s portfolio.

Kimberly-Clark shares are mainly held by institutional investors (The Vanguard Group, BlackRock, State Street Corporation, and others).
