So today Iran said it was open, then Trump said it was open, then Trump said the USA was still blockading it so it was closed, then Iran said it was open but would close again because of the US blockade? And somewhere in the middle Trump might have said another time that it was open. Does anyone know what’s going on?

I think the rough method of discouse is Trump rambling to himself alone in his office, occasionaly someone from whatever part of the government that still knows how to negotiate attempts to translate some of these ramblings and confer them to Iran before Trump changes his mind and just tweets something completely different.

This is a misleading headline… there’s a bit of ambiguity in the situation, it’s not as clear cut as “closed again”
These guys are making it sound like it’s something more than “the strait is open, but if the US blockade continues it will be closed again”
