Sens. John Fetterman and Martin Heinrich crossed party lines to confirm Mullin 54-45, while Republican Rand Paul voted no.

Democratic Senators John Fetterman of Pennsylvania and Martin Heinrich of New Mexico crossed party lines to support the nomination, while Republican Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky was the sole GOP member to vote against it. Senator Ruben Gallego, Democrat of Arizona, did not vote.

Absolutely and utterly pathetic Democratic leadership and honestly party members that could justify voting in such a incompetent and lying candidate.
