In my experience, most people do to a disturbing degree. Liberals are very willing to naturalise the eradication of certain groups, and only really identify eugenics as the most obvious examples of why this worldview is destructive. Most people will say they’re against eugenics but won’t think twice about a joke that references Darwinism to make fun of someone stupid or will think of disabilities as only something to cure and not something that should just be accepted.
