Iranian missile infrastructure is all embedded underground, the reason we saw their capital city attacked last time was its exposure to the sea from the north, which allows infiltration from Syria+Turkey+Armenia+Azerbaijan. Most likely the leaked RA01 stealth drone (mini cruise missile carrier) was used to get closer than the refueling station. It’s almost impossible to prevent standoff weapons from hitting soft targets across a country of this size, even with the air defence systems online. These cruise missiles can fly close to the ground and use terrain masking in Iran’s extremely hilly/mountainous environment.
