I think they’re angry and are purposely killing people to send a message about fighting back or questioning their authority. Washington State sherrif Keith Swank even admitted as much with regard to wearing masks when they’ve been told its illegal. They’re doing it because they don’t recognize anyone authority to tell them ‘no’, on anything. It’s a “fuck you I do what I want because i am the law” attitude. And if you question that well, now the nation has seen what happens when you do. They shoot you.
