1-2 months for the Supreme Court to disagree and let them do whatever they want.

Every US Court should reference this opinion regardless of whether the captured Supreme Court overturns it or not, to say that the DOJ can no longer be taken at its word by default.

I’d like to know at what point this DOJ could be trusted?
