Oh, I’m very very used to being shouted at. My career was in the healthcare field, and then special education-affective needs (Middle and elementary school) fields before I retired recently.
Trust me, the shouting I get on Lemmy is nothing compared to the shouting I’d hear in the real world.
People are very passionate and creative in their hatred for me! And when I bring it up they say I have a “victim complex.” In fact some people say that in that very thread, even tho the entire thread is about banning me from the entire fediverse. lol
But all good here. None of it affects me. And the admins on my instances refused to bow down to an over-reactive mob, so I’m still here.
Tho I’m still confused why if someone hates me so much, they don’t just block me. lol
I’m glad. Please don’t forget that there are a lot of people who care about you as a person even if they don’t agree with your politics.

I’ve been a socialist since I discovered their values in 1986. I was a Quaker then, so basically it’s pretty much a given.
