    So, everyone gets a jar of health insurance money, but the insurers you buy from know how much is in the personal jar and one is expected to negotiate? … how is this beneficial for the customers?

      It’s ok because your preexisting conditions not being covered will mean you don’t really have much incentive to actually buy it

        I get a $10 incentive card every year I don’t break a bone. It’s basically the same as insurance.
