A federal judge ruled on Friday that Donald Trump “exceeded the President’s authority” when he sent federalized National Guard troops into Portland.

In a 106-page decision, Trump-appointed U.S. District Judge Karin Immergut made permanent an order she issued last month blocking the deployment into the city.

“The evidence demonstrates that these deployments, which were objected to by Oregon’s governor and not requested by the federal officials in charge of protection of the ICE building, exceeded the president’s authority,” the judge wrote.

Fuck off, you demented clown! There’s nothing going on in Portland unless you send masked assholes there to harass people. Rain and street cart food-- that’s what we got going on. If PEDOnald had any brains at all, he’d know we have live cams set up around the city to enjoy the views. You can literally SEE Portland isn’t on fire.

Nominative determinism. Immergut means always good in German. And frankly, 106 pages dressing trump down legally is the best possible use of Kar[e]n energy.

I’m watching this clownshow from a distance in Canada. I keep hearing conflicting information, Trump did this terrible thing, a judge said he can’t, a judge said he can, a judge said he can’t. And I’m always confused as to what is actually, tangibly happening. Right now, are there national guard in the streets of Portland? If so, will they leave soon? If so, when?
