Are you saying they’re not saying that? Because i’m pretty sure they are.
We won’t hear about it of course, but that should be expected. I guess we’d have to define what you mean by “dems”, but I’m pretty sure we can find more than a couple.
AOC, as one example, says things like that frequently. Searching “democrat says trump administration is unconstitutional” finds plenty of instances of what you say doesn’t happen.
I mean, I feel like Democrats saying that Trump’s actions are unconstitutional is so commonplace that it’s not even notable anymore. I think the following quote illustrates that – they don’t even name the Dems because it’s so commonplace:
While several House Democrats slammed Trump’s strike as unconstitutional, Ocasio-Cortez was one of a select few to go a step further and categorize the move as impeachable.
You’re right. They impeached him twice and saved the country. Mission accomplished. Democracy is safe. No need to try to remain vigilant or to try stop the rise of fascism. There is no need to be concerned with the loss of our rights. Genocide really isn’t that bad after all.
Because they don’t want fingers pointed at them, just in case they want to do it too.
The US desperately needs a grass-roots movement that lies low and makes do with harm reduction so the ones in power do not see it coming, and then suddenly switches their vote together all at once when they know they have enough numbers for a third party to surpass the other two, and be able to pass constitutional amendments, fix the electoral system, and other changes to start undoing the damage of McCarthyism.
Why is it easier for dems to say that trump has dementia than to say the administration is unconstitutionally abusing its power violating their oaths?
Because if they said he’s unconstitutionally abusing his power, you’d be asking why they’re not talking about his dementia.

By dems i mean the democrats in power, like the ones in congress.
I’d love to see one person in power saying anything to this effect publicly.

In my kagi search, the most I could find where a Democrat calls the regime unconstitutional is this YouTube video.
Rep. Ro Khanna says Trump administration is “taking actions that are unconstitutional”
Which is great to see. AOC is cool but I haven’t seen her flat out say that anything is unconstitutional yet…although I don’t follow her too closely.
Anyway, we need more than this. We need motions to be filed and movements to form.

I’d say they need less sound bytes about how trump should be impeached and more actual impeachments.
… Did you miss that they impeached him twice?
You’re moving the goalposts and each time the field goal had already been kicked.
You’re right. They impeached him twice and saved the country. Mission accomplished. Democracy is safe. No need to try to remain vigilant or to try stop the rise of fascism. There is no need to be concerned with the loss of our rights. Genocide really isn’t that bad after all.
Chuck Schumer says a ‘lawless’ Trump has caused a constitutional crisis
Hakeem Jeffries Said Trump’s Attack on Iran Was Unconstitutional. What’s He Going to Do About It?
STATEMENT: Sen. Schiff on President Trump’s Unconstitutional Decision to Attack Iran Without Congressional Authorization
I’m finding things, they just don’t get covered very well, which of course is the point of a complicit media.
Thank you for posting this

Thanks for the correction, edited.

I would also like a pony.
Fun fact, did you know that the word radical means grass roots?
Not specifically grass, just roots. It can be grass roots, but it can also be a square root.
Ahh, thank you for pointing that out
