Now it’s the time to call the FCC and demand that Brendan Carr make Watters and Fox learn the hard way and pull their broadcast license which is not a threat.

Articles states, also, that the escalator stoppage was caused by one of Trumps camera men triggering a safety mechanism having ascended ahead of the him, and the teleprompter issues were caused by Trumps people. These guys are pros at putting a stick in their own spokes and blaming anyone else they can.

Biden trips on stairs, everyone laughs, ”haha old man old." Trump can’t make it up an escalator, “this cannot stand! let’s gas NYC.” these aren’t jokes, it’s their desires that make them feel good.

Just last week one Fox shithead called for the murders of America’s homeless population, many of whom are veterans and former foster children.

    “This is an insurrection.”

Yeah, nobody on that side of the aisle has a fucking clue about the meanings of most of the words they use, and that statement is glaring proof. I imagine he just walks around pointing at shit he doesn’t like, calling it an insurrection.

“Excuse me, this soup is too cold. I did not order this insurrection.”

Watters wants to bomb the WH? I would think the FCC and the Secret Service would be interested about that.

I had to look it up and it’s an AI slop answer so I guess I could do better, but apparently the FCC does not regulate cable news programs in the same way it does with over the air broadcast. Here’s the relevant slop:

    Key Points of Regulation

Jurisdiction: The FCC regulates cable television under Title VI of the Communications Act, which was established in the Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984. This includes rules about competition and consumer protection.

Content Regulation: While the FCC can enforce rules regarding indecency and ensure that cable operators provide certain services, it does not regulate the content of news programming in the same way it does for broadcast television. This means that cable news channels have more freedom regarding what they can air.

Public Interest: The FCC’s mandate includes ensuring that communications services operate in the public interest. However, this does not extend to controlling the editorial content of cable news networks.
