    Unless they get a string of conservative judges I don’t see how this would go in ICEs favor. He was clearly a US citizen and they never even hinted he wasn’t, but they grabbed him and took him into custody anyway. If he was trespassing that’s the local police’s duty.

      They’ll argue it’s a federal facility where they can do whatever the fuck they want because it’s “homeland security”
