Apologies for the delayed/late reply!I’m not quite sure; I’ve tried to find additional information but haven’t found anything atm.
I found the press conference video and the same report by Dylan Robertson from The Canadian Press on multiple organizations:

There doesn’t seem to be any difference in the articles/webpages from what I can currently tell, I’ll have to re-read them later tomorrow to know for sure.
