The title is missing a key point here:

This isn’t a final decision if you took it that way.

Letting it stand while they hear the case means that those affected by the ban are hurt. This means the court is allowing the ban to harm people. This means that the court is ignoring the harm it causes. This means the court has already come to an opinion. This means that the hearing is merely a formality.

I think he wants them out so that when he orders the military to round up trans, there won’t be any military personnel to object. But he’s stupid.

Plenty of people will object regardless if they themselves are trans or not.

This is trumps biggest weakness.

He doesn’t understand empathy, solidarity, integrity. Because he has none.

And he gets sidelined when others act on those values because he just can’t understand why anyone would stick their neck out for someone else.
