'Naza,' a documentary by Israeli filmmakers Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor, had its world premiere at the 83rd Venice International Film Festival on September 10, 2026. Based on testimony from two dozen Israeli soldiers and intelligence officers, the film has since sparked worldwide acclaim and controversy by telling the story of how the Israeli military meticulously planned to kill civilians in Gaza over the last three years. Those interviewed on screen describe military systems and practices that they say made mass killing of civilians routine in Gaza. The Israeli daily Haaretz recently conducted an interview with 'Naza's' two directors, which World-Outlook is re-publishing in this post.
