    So another snarl in the supply chain, on top of Iran’s and Ansar Allah’s restrictions on other sea traffic. Is that good? 🤔

      afaik the usa is the sole loser if a supply chain disruption occurs in the canal. it affects countries doing trade with the us, but it’s not like chile can’t sell to any other country. or china.

        Surely Europe relies on it too? It’s the connector between the Mediterranean and Red Seas, without it ships have to go around Africa.
