Those types of guys deserve to be shot in every single case I have encountered.

They do this shit in the capital city of my country. Always a woman under 20, middle aged, or someone with a fetish for foreigners. The only foreign men who get baddies are usually able to get them in their own countries and most of the time the baddies they get are tourists or other expats.
