As if Russian anti-Ukraine propaganda wasn’t enough, Ukraine feels the need to pull crazy shit like this.

Yes, please, fuel the war with Iran and drive oil prices higher, just because Iran is supplying Russia. By the same logic, Russia is within their rights to attack all of Europe for supplying Ukraine.

Just because Russia invaded Ukraine and killed several thousand of Ukrainian civilians, doesn’t mean Ukraine gets to kill Russian and Iranian civilians. If Ukraine is gonna spend equipment it gets from the EU on killing innocent people and escalating the conflict, the EU really should reevaluate its support to Ukraine.

Again - just because another country invades you and commits war crimes, does not mean you get to commit war crimes against it and its allies. A war crime is a war crime.

Would anyone be okay with Iran slaughtering American civilians, just because the US slaughtered Iranian civilians? Or even further, would anyone be okay with Iran targeting British civilians, because the UK assists the US in military operations?

Tbh an eye for an eye. The US and its allies have committed war crimes time and time again, actively disregarding international rule of law. As an American I can truthfully say we are too far insulated from the atrocities our gov commits and we condone or at least ignore them. There’s too many people far too comfortable with war so long as it doesn’t touch their comfy little western countries, and maybe if they actually felt the threat of it we might have some people willing to do something.

These countries aren’t at war so the behavior is unusual. It also exemplifies the relationship Ukraine has with the US and NATO.

This is news. One, because every event in a war, including casualty must be reported. Two, this was a strike by country C when the war is between A and B.

Ukraine being within range of Iranian missiles and attacking Iranian ships while they’re not at war with Iran is newsworthy due to the implications of what this could very easily lead to.

Iran has been supplying Russia for years; Ukraine might as well be at war with them. No sympathy for Iran.

I wonder why Iran might have a favourable relationship with Russia over the client states of the power that has spent decades trying to destabilise and pillage them. I guess we’ll never know.

“They’re the Bad Guy places and the Whole World™ (the white countries) hate them, which is how you know they’re Bad. It said so on the news.”

You sound 9 years old dude. It’s so undignified to watch a person just bow down and hand corpo epstein media the studded leash to their entire brain. It’s uncomfortable in the same way as seeing someone lazily piss themselves in public: you’re supposed to be more capable than this. This comic book worldview we’re fed in the west really stunts people’s ability to reason.

My brother in delusion, the so-called “most powerful military in the world” got chased out of the red sea by tiny, war ravaged Yemen and is currently getting owned by Iran. I think it’d work out for them pretty fuckin well for them considering they’re already wiping entire US bases off the map

Iran is definitely making an embarrassment of the US and allowing them to deplete their arsenal, but to say the US is getting owned and wiped out is a bit of a stretch. Call me when they manage to hit a single naval ship.

“Sure they’ve lost like a dozen bases and a whole bunch of irreplacable war, recon and logistics planes plus most of their reaper drones, but they still have their boats that catch fire and flood with shit”

The navy retreated from the red sea because it knew a ship hit was only a matter of time, and they had no defense against it. Same with Hormuz. The US keeps it’s fleets away from actual danger because they’re it’s military prestiege and mobile air power, but everyone in charge of one knows that one drone swarm or hypersonic salvo will turn it into a new coral reef.

Not everyone knows the West uses all possible colonies/vassal states to wage war and there’s enough propaganda out there (despite the available information regarding the coup in Ukraine) to confuse the public about Ukraine.
