He had a weird habit of being overly touchy with people of all ages and seeming to sniff their hair. It was a longstanding pattern of behavior: but, one that was apparently harmless.

and Joe Biden has a thing for sniffing girls hair. It’s important not to take too narrow a view of this and pretend it’s just isolated to Trump. This was an open secret among the elites of both parties. Clinton and Trump are both implicated, but Bush, Obama, and Biden had to have known about it, yet chose to take no action. The Democrats tried to impeach Trump for every piddling thing, rather than having him arrested for child abuse.
