Like other releases, Starship does not include any copyrighted assets so you are required to provide a supported copy of the game. Which should hopefully keep Nintendo away from it.
Unfortunately, with Nintendo, nothing is yours any longer. So, I expect these types of projects to be sniped in the coming years. I know and understand what you’re posting here, but Nintendo does not give a fuck any longer.
Hope it stays that way. Nintendo is one of those companies that goes way too far to protect their IP, and to also go against their competitors ( I still didn’t forget what they tried to pull off with palworld, absolutely bizarre stuff)
